  • How are KinzyCare packages different from hiring a lawyer or social worker directly?

    KinzyCare packages offer structured, goal-oriented support designed to give you actionable help across legal, emotional, and caregiving challenges — without replacing professional legal or medical advice.

  • Is KinzyCare HIPAA compliant?

    At this time, KinzyCare uses secure platforms to protect your information, but our services do not yet fall under full HIPAA-regulated medical services. We focus on planning, support, and coaching rather than medical care.

  • Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

    No. Packages are purchased upfront and delivered over a set number of sessions. There are no subscriptions or long-term commitments required unless you choose ongoing support options.

  • Can I use KinzyCare services if I'm not sure what my family needs yet?

    Yes! Many families start with a Discovery Call or an entry-level package to explore concerns, set goals, and build a tailored support plan.

  • What happens after I finish my sessions?

    You’ll receive a personalized action plan and any materials or resources from your package. You can always purchase additional sessions or check-ins if you need more support later.
