I’m building a venture called KinzyCare aimed at one of the most emotionally charged and underserved moments in life: when adult children suddenly find themselves responsible for aging parents or sick loved ones - with no roadmap.

We offer structured and stage-based care journeys led by licensed professionals. Families receive step-by-step coaching, emotional support, medical support, and legal support. All designed to reduce overwhelm and create clarity in deeply chaotic times.

We are looking for:

A CARE COFOUNDER or CLINICAL CURRICULUM LEAD - Someone with experience in social work, care, coordination, hospice, gerontology, or family systems.

Deep empathy for families navigating elder care.

Excitement about building something new, usable, and scalable that really helps people - in a space dominated by sterile solutions.
