KINZYCARE PITCH DECK 2025
When a loved one declines, families aren’t given a manual — they’re handed a crisis.
KinzyCare is where expert care meets emotional clarity — helping families navigate aging, illness, and loss with dignity and support.
This isn’t just a startup. It’s the infrastructure families have always needed — but never had.
For the Ones Who Step Up When No One Else Can
KinzyCare helps adult children who are suddenly thrust into caregiving navigate aging, illness, and loss — with expert coaching, structured care packages, and emotional support from licensed professionals.
Every family will face crisis, caregiving, or loss.
Almost none are ready.
KinzyCare is a stage-based care coaching platform that helps overwhelmed families navigate aging, illness, and loss — with real experts by their side.
When a loved one is diagnosed with dementia, needs home safety changes, or enters end-of-life care, most families don’t know where to turn. KinzyCare provides step-by-step guidance — delivered by licensed care coordinators, social workers, and grief counselors.
Unlike startups that rely on bots or dashboards alone, we deliver structured care packages, emotional support, and practical tools — all through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
Our model is people-first, clinically grounded, and scalable — giving families the trust, clarity, and connection they need through every chapter of caregiving.
The Problem
CARE IS FRAGMENTED
Aging is not a moment — it’s a mounting, emotional journey.
75M+ Americans are aging into care needs over the next 20 years
6.9M already live with Alzheimer’s — projected to double by 2050
Most families navigate care reactively — from small forgetfulness to full-time support — with no plan
90% of elder care in the U.S. is unpaid, uncoordinated, and emotionally draining
The system is broken:
Medical, legal, financial, and emotional services are siloed and overwhelming
Doctors, aides, and family caregivers operate without a shared plan or communication loop
Startups focus on features — not feelings: dashboards, bots, and platforms ignore the human side of care
KinzyCare solves the coordination gap — with real experts, real structure, and care that feels human.

Traction / Early Validation June–July 2025 Pilot Interviews)
15 families participated in structured care package pilots (non-paid)
$24K in pricing validation through pre-sales interviews (not revenue)*
*First 10 paid pilots launch September 20255 licensed care professionals onboarded and ready for delivery
82% of participants said they would purchase at proposed pricing
Top feedback themes: "Finally felt guided," “Emotional relief,” “More helpful than case managers” “Oh my god - if you take this live I’m telling everyone about it. I know so many people who need this.”
We’ve validated pricing, packaging, and emotional resonance. Now we’re raising to scale delivery.
Next 60 Days
What’s Next: From Validation to Paid Delivery
30 families enrolled in next testing phase (Aug–Sept 2025)
10 paid pilots launching by September 30
Projected revenue: $19,750
Testing referral channel: 3 employer partners + 2 care orgs
Goal: $10K MRR by December
Market Opportunity
We’re at the edge of a seismic shift in aging.
$6T intergenerational wealth transfer underway
$180B elder care services market
Yet 53 million unpaid family caregivers are still doing most of the work alone
TAM (total addressable market)
53M unpaid caregivers
Assume 1 in 10 convert = 5.3M customers
At $2,000 lifetime value → $10.6B opportunity
KinzyCare unifies the care journey.
KinzyCare is built to unify that ecosystem.
We start with expert-led coaching and care coordination, then scale into a trusted, human-centered platform that supports families through every stage of aging, illness, and loss.
What the Others Aren’t Doing
Papa gives people someone to drive Mom to the store.
🟡 Helpful, but no clinical expertise, no planning, no crisis support.
Honor sends aides into homes.
🟡 Important, but task-based. No family coordination, no forward-looking planning.
Supportiv runs group chats for mental health.
🟡 Can feel nice — but there’s no accountability, no professional guidance, no outcomes.
What KinzyCare Actually Solves
When a parent is diagnosed and no one knows what to do next…
When siblings are fighting over care roles…
When caregiving creeps in but no one’s called it that yet…
When the doctor’s overwhelmed, the lawyer’s confusing, and no one’s talking to each other…
We are a scalable care model families can walk through, a trusted coach in the mess before, during, and after crisis, and wayfinder across fragmented legal, emotional, and practical systems

Our Solution (short term > long term)
KinzyCare starts with expert coaching and care coordination — and grows into a trusted, community-powered support system.
Our model meets families where they are and adapts with them, providing consistent, human guidance through every stage of aging, illness, and loss.

We help families plan, act, and navigate care with licensed professionals, digital tools, and emotional support. This coaching ensures they feel confident, informed, and supported from day one.

How Coaching Powers What’s Next
KinzyCare begins with real, licensed professionals who guide families through aging, illness, and loss. These relationships are the heart of our model — combining emotional support, care planning, and expert coordination that evolves with families over time.
Here’s our method:
Trust First
Coaching builds strong, ongoing relationships. We become the trusted partner families turn to — helping them anticipate what’s ahead and take action with clarity and confidence.
From Insight to Action
We follow care journeys in real time — noticing the early signs of burnout, conflict, or confusion — and responding with tailored tools, structured support, and the right team of experts.
Scalable, Human-Centered Care
Rather than replacing people with dashboards or bots, we equip families with licensed professionals, step-by-step guidance, and ongoing access to emotional and practical care — from daily decisions to major transitions.
We grow by building trust, delivering real support, and filling the gap between medical systems and family life — not just with features, but with people who show up when it matters most.
Business Model
Families stay 8–12 months on average as needs evolve — our stage-based model supports them through aging, illness, and recovery, not just a one-time crises.

AI, telehealth, and remote platforms are expanding — but care still hinges on human relationships
KinzyCare combines smart tools with real licensed experts — ethically, transparently, and with heart
